If a member is under the age of 18, can they apply for a loan, Visa credit and/or Debit Card, or overdraft protection?

In order to apply for a loan if you are under the age of 18, you must have an adult joint on the loan. This includes MasterCard. A debit card will be issued at age 16 with an adult signing the debit card authorization and joint on the account.
